We are in the process of revitalizing a century-old commercial building located in the Taft neighborhood of Lincoln City. The structure has been divided into eight distinct units, each designated for various businesses that will be opening soon. We are eager to share the names of the new tenants and their opening dates in the near future. With a strong focus on community engagement, we look forward to welcoming everyone. Our screen printing and embroidery shop has relocated to the rear of the building, allowing us to expand our capabilities in creating custom apparel for local enterprises. Additionally, we are enhancing our rental services by offering Stand Up Paddleboard and Kayak rentals, along with guided tours from the west side of the building, just steps away from Siletz Bay.
